Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities
The Greater Capital District Dental Symposium is a premiere event for dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff.
This year the Symposium is placing an emphasis on technology in dentistry, adding a Thursday evening Surgery Panel CE course as well offering continuing education via an all-day tech series, a clinical course, a practice management course, and a hygiene course. Therefore, we expect great attendance, and there are two ways you can reach the attendees: sponsorship and exhibiting.
Sponsorship:
Member Reception Sponsor- $350:
Thursday night is our General Membership Meeting and Membership Reception. This is free to all Third District Dental Society members and we expect a great turn out. Sponsor benefits:
Logo displayed in printed meeting material
Logo and link on Third District Dental Society website
Sponsor may supply signage for display at the meeting and reception
Name displayed on reception high top tables
May provide items (e.g. brochure, pamphlet, stress ball, golf ball) for the giveaway bag; sponsor must provide items
President will mention sponsors at the General Membership Meeting
Information Only Sponsor - $200:
If you would like to have brochures or giveaways available to attendees, but not have staff in attendance, this sponsorship is for you:
Two items (e.g. brochure, pamphlet, stress ball, golf ball, etc.) for the Information Only table
Two items (e.g. brochure, pamphlet, stress ball, golf ball, etc.) for the giveaway bag; sponsor must provide items

Speaker Honorarium Sponsors
For sponsors who have generously covered a speaker’s full honorarium benefits include:

5 minute presentation before sponsored speaker’s course; 2 minute presentation before other courses
Double (12 ft) skirted and covered table and chairs at location of choice in the exhibit hall
Continental breakfast
Lunch for 2 company representatives at reserved table in dining room
President will mention sponsor at the general membership meeting and reception

Exhibitor - $475:
6ft. skirted and covered table with chair(s)
No unattended exhibits. A representative must be onsite.
